This is a message to announce the initiation of an online 
discussion forum on efficiency and effectiveness in the 
context of HIV and AIDS. Experts from a variety of organizations
and disciplines are posting short discussion pieces on various 
aspects of this topic. It is intended to encourage online 
discussion among members, so please share your thoughts and 
reactions to the materials being posted.   

If you want to comment, all you have to do is respond to the emails 
or you can send an email to iaen_forum at list.iaen.org . If you want 
to reduce the number of emails you receive, please follow the instructions 
below regarding digests.  You may also follow the discussion online at 
www.iaen.org/forum.cfm.  

Please note that inclusion of documents or posting of comments does not imply 
endorsement by IAEN or sponsoring organizations.


Helpful Hints
You may manage your subscribtion to IAEN News or IAEN Forums
through your registered email account by sending any of the 
following commands, in the body of your email, to listmanager at lists.iaen.org

To change the registered email address:
set iaen_news email=new address
set iaen_forum email=new address
Please note that the email change will NOT work if there are
any characters, including a blank space, after the address.

To receive a digest once a day:
set iaen_news digest
set iaen_forum digest

To receive mailings immediately:
set iaen_news mail
set iaen_forum mail

To receive just a list of the subject lines once a day:
set iaen_news index
set iaen_forum index


For the Forum, you must be a member to post. 
If you wish to follow the messages only online, 
use this command to stop the emails:
set iaen_forum nomail
